The Starter Pack

Start flexing your accomplishments with the Flex Medals starter pack.

Each kit contains:

• 3 cool rubber necklaces!
• 3 rocking rubber bracelets!
• Enough White Red and Black "Achievement" beads to make your Flex Medals your way!
• Your first starter medal. (We suggest starting with your proudest moment and build from there)!
• Oh and don't forget two little "Misky", that's what make your beads stay on!

The Rules

1. Open the colored “Nostalgia” bead packages slowly. If you drop them on tile or wood you are going to be chasing them all over the place. That can be fun—great agility training later—but for now go slow.
2. You have enough beads to make a bracelet or a necklace of each color…but not both, so feel free to mix and match. If you have large wrists, double-wrap the necklace to form a bracelet. And if your neck is thicker like Kratos then you can add in a bracelet to extend the necklace. 
3. The clasp on the necklace and bracelet pops in and out. If you choose to slide them on instead of unclasping them make sure to hold onto the clasp while doing so! Otherwise you'll be chasing beads all over the place.
4. Your starter pack comes with a medal of your choice to get you started. Feel free to order more to flex all your accomplishments—or stay with just that one—you do you.
